B.E.M.E. represents the experience in the machinery and metal products manufacturing sector for more than 30 years. Since 2008 we have been focused mainly on the machines for building maintenance manufacture. We have delivered more than 1,500 products of various types, all customized.

Our Facilities
To be able to reach over 1.500 products manufactured we invested in the specialization of each manufacturing area, thus achieving the total integration of the production process. This translates into 20,000 m2 facilities, with three factories located in Madrid and Cáceres (Spain).

Manufacturing Process
SHEET METAL CUTTING BY LASER
TRUMPFF laser cutting machine, which allows the manufacture of parts up to 3,000 mm by 1,500 mm in thicknesses of up to 20 mm.
PLASMA SHEET CUTTING
MESSER high-definition plasma cutting machine, allows the supply of large-sized pieces. It consists of a 12,000 mm x 3,000 mm cutting table. Cutting thickness up to 50 mm.
SHEET METAL CUTTING BY WATER
FLOW MACH 3 water cutting machine, allows to supply pieces of all types of material in large thicknesses, up to 200 mm.
SHEET METAL BENDING
Our experience allows us to offer the client a total guarantee in maximum length bending. We have an ERMAKSAN press brake of up to 12,000 mm and folding capacity of 1,200 TN. With it, the «U» that make up the jibs used in BMUs machines are made.
SUBMERGED ARC WELDING
We use the submerged arc machine to achieve optimal results in welding thick thicknesses. Combining it with the machine for corners, we carry out the welding of tubes/jibs of large dimensions.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS - PAINTING SECTION
In the final part of the process, and prior to its final assembly, we have a large paint booth to provide the finished requested BMU by the client.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS - ASSEMBLY SECTION
The assembly of the product is carried out in our facilities in Torres de la Alameda (Madrid), where we have a covered area and landscape for this work. We also have overhead cranes with a load capacity of up to 12 tons, articulated mobile platforms and specialized tools.
